Eligibility Requirements

What the Role Involves
The Technical Assistant plays a key role in helping to put Sierra Leone's National Hospital Strategy and Triple Zero Campaign into action. This involves keeping a close eye on how hospitals are doing all over the country.
A big part of the job is working with numbers and information from hospitals, checking to make sure the data is good quality, and creating easy-to-understand reports and tools that help decision-makers make informed choices.
This includes taking raw data and turning it into something useful, like dashboards and scorecards, that can help people see how hospitals are performing and where they need to improve.
