Restless Development is teaming up with some great partners, including Jersey Overseas Aid, TENN, and MiKashBoks, to find some amazing Young Women Mentors. They'll be working with the Financial Inclusion & Innovation Hub, a project that's all about helping 5,000 women in Freetown and Moyamba who really need it.
This isn't a paid job, but it's a fantastic opportunity to get some hands-on experience working with communities on really important issues like money management, environmentally friendly ways of making a living, and getting access to proper banking. It's a 9-month role, and you'll be volunteering at a national level, which is a great way to make a real difference in people's lives.

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to be a young woman between 18 and 28 years old, and you must have a valid National ID card. In terms of education, you should have at least four credits from your WASSCE exams.

What the Role Involves

- Your main job will be to inspire, train, and mentor these women, so they can gain the skills and confidence they need to take control of their finances.

Major Considerations
